Background

Since Volvo dealerships got more and more stock cars pushed by Volvo HQ, they needed a way to present these interestingly priced cars to potential customers. Together with IO Digital, we combined API’s provided by Volvo HQ Sweden, data available at dealers and the dealerwebsite backend to launch volvostock.be as a standalone customer facing platform.

At all times only 1 click away from getting in touch with the selling dealer

Easy-to-use backend, integrated in dealer websites

When logging into the backend of their dealerwebsite, Volvo-dealers see their personal stock list and can choose which cars they want to put online. This just takes 2 clicks. The published cars will then be available to be found both on the national website volvostock.be as on the individual dealerwebsite of the selling dealer.

In sync with (offline) sales

If a car that’s currently for sale online gets sold in the dealership, the car will automatically get listed as SOLD for a few days after which it will automatically be taken offline.
